We love our tribe and consistently strive to deliver you the greatest Michigan vacation experience possible! Starting with our “Legendary Customer Service” philosophy instilled at day one of our annual staff training, our intent weaves itself within every aspect of our business – from the trip planning and reservation process, to the knowledgeable and helpful shop representatives, to our professional guides and mechanics – our attention to excellent customer service is second only to that of safety.
That said, we’re humbled to have been recently recognized by our fellow Keweenaw local business community in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula – the Chamber of Commerce, Keweenaw Economic Development Alliance (KEDA), MTEC Smartzone and Keweenaw Young Professionals – as the recipient of this year’s (2019) community “Spark Plug Award for Superior Customer Service.” We believe this was in large part due to all of our valued customers who have provided a 5-star review on Trip Advisor, Facebook and/or Google over the years and for that WE EXTEND TO YOU a huge heartfelt thanks!
We are remaining cautiously optimistic for the new season ahead amidst the COVID19 pandemic and are hopeful life will have returned to a degree of normalcy by the summer. Rest assured the great outdoors of the Keweenaw Peninsula will be here when the time is right and hope that you keep a Michigan get-a-way to our neck of the woods in mind.
